Central Lakes Policies & Procedures Manual and Player Recruiting Profile Form
Check out the "Documents" page for links to these items. Players/Parents must agree to abide by all of the requirements of the Policies and Procedures manual during registration.
Players may complete the option Player Recruiting Profile form. This provides Central Lakes with a release of information waiver so that we may provide college recruiting personnel with the contact information that you provide on that form.
