Boys Coaching Staff
Teagan Klepsa-Orrey is a founding member of the Central Lakes Lacrosse Club, playing during the inaugural summer of 2020 in the two tournaments the club participated in.
Teagan has 13 years of lacrosse experience, playing for St. Michael Albertville from youth until high school. He has experience at almost every position but has been playing goalie since 9thgrade. In high school, Teagan was a 3-time varsity letter winner, won JV MVP as a freshman, and won defensive player of the year as a junior. He was also a varsity captain his senior year. He graduated from STMA in 2020.
Teagan played 1 club tournament with the Minnesota Loons Lacrosse Club. He is attending the University of Minnesota Duluth, where he will continue his lacrosse career playing club lacrosse for the Bulldogs. He is planning on majoring in Finance or Marketing.
In addition to coaching with the Muskies, Teagan has coached with the Superior Area Lacrosse association (Superior, WI), and is based in the Duluth/Superior area.
Luke Mehelich is a founding member of the Central Lakes Lacrosse Club, playing during the inaugural summer of 2020 in the two tournaments the club participated in. Luke has 8 years of lacrosse experience, starting with the St. Michael/Albertville and Big Lake youth associations before moving on to a four year high school career with Becker High School. Luke was a four year letter winner at BHS as an LSM/Close Defenseman. Luke earned all conference honors as a sophomore and all section honors as a junior, before graduating in 2020.
Luke played two years with the Minnesota Loons club where he was recruited to play collegiate lacrosse. Luke attended Concordia University - Wisconsin in 2020-21 before transferring to the University of Minnesota - Duluth. Luke is a member of the Bulldogs men's club lacrosse team.
Luke coached for a partial season with the Big Lake boys high school team in 2021, before starting with the Muskies and Superior Area Lacrosse association. Luke coaches for the Muskies in the St. Cloud and Duluth/Superior areas.
Caden Weber is a founding member of the Central Lakes Lacrosse club, playing in both of the tournaments the club participated in during the summer of 2020. Caden is a 2020 graduate of Big Lake High School. Caden started playing lacrosse in third grade with the St. Michael/Albertville youth lacrosse association before moving to the Big Lake association in 2014. Caden was a member of the first Big Lake High School team (2018), and was selected as Captain for all three years of his high school career.
Caden played with the Frog HS program in the summer of 2019. He is attending South Dakota State University in the fall of 2020, where he intends to major in Mechanical Engineering with a minor in Biomedical Engineering. Caden plans to continue playing lacrosse in college with the SDSU club program.
Caden assisted with the Big Lake high school boys lacrosse team in 2021. He has also helped with the Watertown, SD youth lacrosse association. He coaches for the Muskies in the St. Cloud and Brookings, SD areas.
