Club Leadership

Brad is one of the founders of Big Lake Lacrosse, the youth association for Big Lake, which started in 2014. In 2017-18, Brad worked with a number of players and their parents to convince the Big Lake school board to allow lacrosse on a trial basis. The Big Lake high school girls team formed the following year.

Brad started Central Lakes in 2020 to provide some final playing opportunities for a number of high school seniors who lost their final year, giving them one more chance to play with their classmates before moving on.

Sports are his passion. Brad lettered in football, wrestling, baseball, and track in high school, and played varsity baseball in college. Since then, he has been involved in officiating baseball, football, hockey, and lacrosse before becoming a head coach. He continues to officiate high school football and hockey in Minnesota, and in his free time, he is pursuing a Masters in Sports Administration from Arkansas State University.

Jared comes to Central Lakes Lacrosse from Monticello High School where he has been on the coaching staff for the past four seasons. Jared also worked for Minnesota Loons for the past three summers. Jared teaches middle school Social Studies in Monticello and is the photographer for the athletics teams while running the district social media accounts as well.
